Just like our rustic A-Frame Chalkboard this one is handmade in our Melbourne based workshop. Made from old fence paling we carefully select the timber and make the outer frame before painting it white and hand sanding it back to create the weather beaten shabby chic finish you see in the picture.
We use only high quality chalkboard paint on the boards leaving a gritty finish to ensure the chalk sticks perfectly to the blackboard. Two coats means this chalkboard will be durable and long lasting.
We make these in 4 standard sizes but as with all of our work we welcome custom size requirements.
